About Quintessential Events
Quintessential Events started with a simple idea: events should feel seamless, thoughtful, and entirely reflective of the people or brands behind them.
After two decades of producing events across the globe — from Vancouver and Whistler to Palm Springs, the Amalfi Coast, and beyond — Rachel Quinn founded the company to bring that same level of care and experience directly to clients.
We’ve worked with corporate teams, nonprofit organizations, and individual clients to create events that are both strategic and memorable.
Be it a brand activation, a gala dinner, or a community festival, our focus is always on the details that make the experience work — for the hosts and for the guests.

TED 2025
In April 2025, we wrapped our fifth year producing the evening events for TED’s annual flagship conference — an ongoing collaboration that continues to challenge and inspire us.
What began as a single project has grown into a creative partnership built on trust, shared ideas, and a team that enjoys pushing creative boundaries together.
Each year brings something new. We’ve built a full house for a “house party”, turned a venue into a live circus, and most recently, designed a space-themed celebration that reimagined the way a conference closes out.
These events remind us what’s possible when creative thinking meets strong planning and the right people are in the room.
